The customer service is excellent, they always respond quickly to any queries you may have or problems that arise with your account - even if it's been days since we've contacted them! They're also very flexible when working around holidays/working hours etc so there are no issues at all for us as customers using their services. The customer support is very friendly, reliable & responsive to my needs at all times. I never feel like they are not listening or understanding me when we discuss issues that arise during our website setup process! This has been an absolute pleasure working with these guys who have made setting up this site from scratch so much smoother for us than it would otherwise be without them by their side every step of the way through out entire set-up experience!!
