Again, people who don't know how to use a coffee pot have problems. Don't hit the tank on the ground and it won't break. Don't fill the filter with so much coffee that the water overflows and makes a mess. Do not brew coffee without emptying the coffee pot and making sure it is centered and fully inserted into the coffee maker.
