The extensions look like they might flex a little under load

They meet the requirements of a shock extension, but don't feel as stiff as the steel they're bolted to. The extensions look like they might flex a bit under load.

  • Great design
Cons
  • New competition is here

Fixed my problem, good for shock absorbers

I bought a pair of Calvert shock absorbers which were too short for my application, these extenders solved the problem.

1999 Chevy 2500 Silverado fits

1999 Chevy 2500 Silverado. Great fit, easy assembly. Made the front end level and got a rebound. Order Gabriel shock absorbers and still rebound. I ordered these shock extensions and now I have a good ride. Hope this information helps.

Pros
  • Convenient item
Cons
  • Available in black only

Wrong thread pattern for shock absorber

Product looks good, feels solid. Unfortunately, the thread pattern on the female side is a bit off. Strangely, existing nuts fit male threads. Note: The packaging was opened and then sealed with tape. Maybe someone had the same problem and it came back. I put mine on and of course twisted the percussion strings.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
