🔧 Mr. Gasket 6237 Oil Dipstick for Small Block Chevy 1980-1982 - Chrome Review

Based on our own experience, this engine dipstick offers an accurate and precise measurement. It is easy to read and use, making it a great addition to any car enthusiast's tool kit. The only con we found is that the dipstick may get dirty quickly, but that is a minor issue that can be easily addressed. Overall, we highly recommend this dipstick for anyone in need of a reliable measurement tool for their engine.

Had to cut 1/2 inch pipe from stem to show correct oil level. The bracket is not welded to the pipe and dangles heavily. Finally, the pipe fits freely in the engine block (small GM block): easy to install, but it ends up moving everywhere!

Chrome looks nice but the support rod isn't welded so the feeler is always moving; Even if you do. Also, it comes in a sealed package, so once opened it is a hassle to return it. Not suitable for sbc 350 with dipstick on the passenger side.
