When we were ready to install our garbage chute we found that the w flange was chrome plated and we needed rubbed bronze. This worked great!

As others have pointed out, I'm also disappointed with how quickly the finish came off. Installation was easy enough and getting a good watertight seal was easy enough too. But in less than a couple of weeks, the finish started peeling off, and now it looks faded. We've never used any detergent other than regular dishwashing liquid, so it shouldn't have gone that bad.

Knowing nothing about this and having a new Kohler sink installed, I purchased a Kohler waste bin flange that did not fit the Titan waste bin I purchased from Costco. Apparently, there are two types of garbage chute nozzles. 3-pin mount and ez connect. Perfect for the ez connection on titanium, this flange is made entirely of brass as opposed to what came with the titanium case which was half plastic.

So beautiful and well made from brass. When advertised for EZ-Mount Salvage (made by Anaheim), the groove at the bottom of the neck was too small for the elaborate EZ-Mount rubber gasket on that flange. I've spent a lot of time under my kitchen sink wrestling with the disposal and stupid Ezmount rubber and mounting ring. I went back to the large grooved plastic flange that came with it and the unit was easy to install. Got my warehouse deal back, Mr. Scrappy, Flange.

When the plastic shredder flange that came with my machine broke I was shocked to see the prices on it. I was very happy to have found this dependable piece of plumbing at such a great price. We bought this to replace the flange on our bin which was a stainless steel cap fitted over a plastic flange. The stainless steel cover does not stay in place making it impossible to flush everything in the container as it gets stuck in the ridge that formed when the stainless steel cover came loose.
