Does what it promises. but not so good taste

I haven't exercised for the last 2 years (I took NOxplode, Jack3d and SuperPump religiously about 5 days a week for 7 days). Years). My wife is a Registered Dietitian and she scared me to death with the effects of some of the pre-workout supplements I was taking. But after falling into laziness, I was dying to get back to pre-workout. After doing a little research, she made a compromise with me and let me try. I've tried the most common supplements on the market (not necessarily a brand, just a genuine dietary supplement like "creatine", "protein" etc.) and in my opinion most of them are WAAAAAA overkill for the vast majority of people who work out or "pull up" (bro!). I've even tried testosterone boosters, estrogen suppressors, turmeric complexes, resveratrol, fish oil, etc. In my opinion, creatine is probably the most effective supplement for weight training and this product will come in second…

Update 08/06/17 - MRM Driven has become an 'MRM building block'. The product is literally glued together in a block that I can't remove with a shovel and the pieces that I can remove will NOT dissolve in water. I grabbed a snap-on screwdriver and a ballpoint hammer to snap it into 4 pieces, tossed it into my Vitamix blender on smoothie mode, and let it run through a full cycle.
