I ordered it because I really like lavender. I have many other lavender cleansers, oils, candles, etc. However, this product is NOT LAVENDER. When I checked the ingredients, the fragrance was listed before the lavender oil. I smelled the product even before I opened the package (came in a box). When I opened the box, WOW. I know others have complained that Mrs. Meyer's smells too strong, but even their website admits it, so that's just the purpose of their products. I personally love the clean smell of basil in the bathroom, lavender in the laundry and geranium in the kitchen.
