The visors can be installed and worn with helmet-mounted ear muffs and other V-Gard headwear attachments (see specific accessories for best fit guidelines). PROTECTION FROM IMPACT: Each visor is carefully developed and thoroughly tested to high impact levels (Z87+) to provide the most protection possible. They are made with extra thickness across the visor to create the most durable and heat resistant full-coverage facial and vision barrier, regardless of the application. HEAVY DUTY TEMPERATURE PROTECTION: These special visors are thick (to help prevent pitting and warping from heat or weld spatter) to protect against damage from welding heat and are made for heavy duty applications (up to medium or industrial impact levels). The accessory been shown to reduce temperatures behind the visor and is perfect for limiting exposure to welding type conditions.
