MSI Optix MPG321QRF QD 31.5" Monitor: Anti-Glare, Picture By Picture, Cable Lock Slot, OSD, IPS Review

Okay I looked for either 1440p at 165 or 240hz and tried all brands from Asus, LG, Gigabyte, Acer and Man, they all had the worst ips glow and blowouts. I originally ordered msi 1440p @ 240hz 27″ and Revane sent me this instead. Yes, I was pissed anyway, I tried it and wow, this monitor is awesome. Most of my life I use a TV instead of a computer monitor. I prefer the big screen when using complex programs like Zbrush and Unreal Engine. In my opinion, nothing compares to larger size and resolution, but after reading about all the new technologies I decided to give it a try. Color and brightness settings were easy to adjust and I quickly found settings that worked for me. Superb quality, with 1440p resolution and 144Hz refresh rate this is a fantastic monitor.

Pretty good and works well with Mac OS, I use Type-C port on Mac m1. I have a problem, I couldn't get 1440p at 120Hz with my Xbox X series. This enables 1080p at 120Hz.

The monitor looks fantastic and the build quality is excellent. Big upgrade from my old Dell monitor and this is my first MSI product.

Just got this monitor and am really impressed with KVM. The ability to switch between a work laptop and a gaming PC will change my game. In addition, the monitor is heavy. But it seems like a well-built trail. The picture is crisp and the stand feels solid and has cable management. All in all very recommendable

Pros: - KVM is great! (Pros and Cons) - Looks amazing with lots of options (10-bit color, HDR600, QD display, 175Hz!) - Support was quick. It's a great monitor for picture quality, colors and more for gaming, but it needs a cumbersome setup to make it look good. I can't go above 144Hz in games either, although I've tried absolutely everything to get the promised 165Hz. Please fix MSI

This is a good display for the price. HDR works well, good refresh rate. It can be a bit finicky, but not in a way that disrupts the game. Its main weakness is signal logging before Windows loads. Some inconveniences when using the included USB hub. In fact, these are normal things that come with the platform in many ways.

The monitor was so bright I couldn't stand it. There is no mention of a gamma adjustment. I was unable to get a black background in games. If you're playing in a dark room, look elsewhere. Spent two days with the settings. The IPS screen has the most terrible light from all sides. By reducing the blue light, it becomes even darker. The auto contrast was useless. Better colors expected from Quantum Dot. Two days later they returned. It's like a step back from the MAG series.
