The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

I, as a person not aware of and not previously familiar with MSI motherboards, found myself in an alarming situation. Even with great effort, the RAM does not latch! I tried this and that, googled, they write, they say, press harder, it should snap into place - nifiga. As a result, I stopped at the CTC at Budenovsky, jumped into the profile pavilion. - Hello, can you help, the RAM does not latch. - MSI? - Yes. The guy puts the board on a soft substrate, and just presses it into the table. Until

Pros
  • Good UI, easy overclocking of the RAM, the placement of the slots on the board fit well under the case (Be Quite DX500), the wires are almost invisible. EZ debug LED.
Cons
  • Extremely tight connectors for RAM sticks.

The product did not disappoint, the quality pleases.

With its pros: quite a good motherboard, convenient bios, a small backlight. a large number of connectors for connecting coolers. Cons below: no 5v 3 pin argb board dimensions can interfere with cable management 2 sata connectors disappear when connecting ssd m2

With its pros: Comfortable board with good functionality. On YouTube, an experienced person said that this is one of the most reliable boards on the b450, for its price tag) Its cons: I inserted a USB connector at the bottom and was afraid that the board would break, be careful.

Its pros: A good mother for her money. The bios was ated without problems, the xmp profile increased the frequency of the RAM. Temperatures are ok. Cons: The bolt for the m2 drive does not tighten, the leg is too short. I had to take a bolt from the body. The video card was inserted with a creak, very tight.

Not currently compatible with Ryzen 3000

Despite updating the BIOS to add Ryzen 3000 compatibility, I'm lucky that I can access the BIOS screen even with Ryzen 5 3600. Support says they are working on updates but other MSI boards have a beta BIOS but not the B450 Tomahawk. But don't worry, MSI has repeatedly written about how excited they are for the release of the X570 motherboards. They can't even name the date by which the update will be made. Oh, and don't forget that to update the BIOS on a motherboard without a compatible CPU…

Be careful when removing the CPU

This is my first motherboard so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it's very easy to use and I've only had a problem and a half. glass side. I had to remove my R5 2600 with the Wraith Spire cooler because the fan part is too long and covers the RAM 1 slot, which means if you want 4 sticks of RAM the cooler has to move in a certain direction on the motherboard . Since it was my first time removing the cooler from the CPU, I didn't realize I had to rotate the cooler to make it easier to…

MSI kicked it out of the park!

I built my first gaming PC and I couldn't have done it without the ease of use of the MSI B450 Tomahawk as a motherboard. When I found the right processor for my build, the Ryzen 5 2600x, I needed to find the perfect motherboard to complement that component. On a budget, I looked at MSI motherboards and really wanted something that was ready for 2nd Gen Ryzen processors so I wouldn't have to worry about flashing the BIOS. The MSI B450 delivered on that promise and installing all of my…

Pros
  • Holding my fists
Cons
  • Dear

Despite MSI's claims to the contrary, this board is NOT (yet?) compatible with Ryzen 3000 series chips. With a new working Ryzen 3600, my first board got stuck after a BIOS flashback and wouldn't turn on (nothing). I got through two bios updates with the exchange, but the board remains extremely unstable. It only reports 1/4 of the time when I turn it on, the rest of the time there is an LED code for the processor. When it is posted my computer is working fine and I have tested the processor…

  • An absolute legend

Great budget motherboard ready for 3rd Gen Ryzen!

This review is dedicated to the Welcome MSI promotion. I'm a longtime MSI fan. Right now you have an old MSI Z97 Gaming 5 cellphone, RX 580 Armor MK2, Vigor GK30 Combo, Force GC20 Gamepad, some Lucky Dolls, an MSI Headset (from one of their gift sets) along with an MSI bag. So you get the point, big fan. When I decided to upgrade my PC to Ryzen 3, it was pretty clear that my mobile device choices were limited to MSI and MSI. For about a month I read about the B450, X470 and X570 series. I'm not
