She had to be!

I built a personal computer and I love this thing! Compared to my crappy laptop, my computer runs so fast and starts up even faster! I was missing a desktop and you can't go wrong with MSI. If you're tired of getting stuff like this from Revain for your personal PC, you can't go wrong with this one.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • So far so good

Very happy with this mobo

works perfectly. i9600k installed. Booted into bios, pressed OC option, boom, CPU frequency 5Ghz. it was so easy. There was a problem with Wi-Fi Killer m.2. Contacted killer support and got very little help. However, MSI was fast, very responsive and helpful! I will not hesitate to buy MSI in the future.

  • nice thing

Excellent motherboard for computer components

I really like this thing but it's being rejected for one simple reason. Why would MSI bother putting LEDs on the board instead of making them rgb and also letting you turn them off individually? Functionally this board is fantastic, it has great performance, it allows you to overclock everything, but if you plan to run this board with LED lighting, you should plan for red and ONLY red light shining under the motherboard. An indicator that the MSI software does not let you turn off individually.

Pros
  • Best in its niche

  • Communication with seller

You may have received a defective device.

Bad motherboard. The moment I turn on my computer, it already gives me an error. EZ debug indicates a problem with my processor. I tried searching the internet for an answer but it was a frustrating search. From what I've seen, either the processor burned out, or the pins in the socket were bent, or my motherboard burned out/failed. Everything is fine with the processor socket and there are no bent pins. Annoyingly, when you turn on the computer, everything works fine. All the fans are…

NO POSSIBILITY to enter BIOS, USB devices are not recognized.

After installing it, which was the usual amount of work, I couldn't get into the BIOS to update my hardware! It would just blow "DEL" and ask for a boot device! A LONG registration process resulted in ERROR 500, the server is busy. Try again later and then everything I did was reset. UPDATE: AFTER shorting out the CMOS with a jumper from the old EISA board and REMOVING the CMOS BATTERY, I've come to the conclusion that a PS/2 keyboard is required to get into the BIOS. Luckily I had such an old…

Good Crypto Mining Mobo

Read on if you want to understand how to setup this card for cryptocurrency mining. I know I'm a gamer too, but I'm also interested in cryptocurrencies. Haters will hate. All MSI Z390 6-slot boards work fine for crypto, but there are some tweaks you need to keep in mind to make them work. If you don't apply these settings, you won't be able to address more than 4 PCIe/GPU riser slots. Advice. Use an Intel processor with graphics and enable integrated onboard graphics so you don't suck hashrate…

Great motherboard for beginning builders!

I thought I knew about computers, but I collected it for the first time. The choice of the MSI Z390 Gaming Plus was the result of two decisions I made before: I wanted to use the new Intel i9 processor and I went for the red theme. Processor selection, but the first recommended board showed a warning message that a BIOS update may be required to work properly with the new generation of Intel processors. Since this is my first build and I'm more familiar with Mac than PC, this scared me. After…

MSI makes good boards

For the first time in almost five years I've finished building a system and this board was the centerpiece. Paired with the i5-9600k and 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM it was a great experience. PROS: + Very detailed BIOS + Easy OC if you want a bit more speed but don't want to mess around with voltage and memory. terms individually. I enabled game acceleration and XMP and properly overclocked my RAM to 3000MHz and boosted my i5 to 4.4-4.6GHz. Of course, you could probably get a little…

Pros
  • High test scores for support and durability
Cons

Not the latest and greatest, but a pretty good board.

I chose this for a new budget build with an i7-9700k to replace my really old I7-3700. My first impression after completing the build is that if you're happy with the features included, it's a great combo. Here's what I learned from the build: Specifications: 1) 6 Sata ports2) 2 m.2 NVME slots. If you use both slots you will lose 2 of the above SATA3 ports) One CNVI slot for Intel Laptop Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card. I was going to pop one into the one I had lying around, but it turns out that using…
