The best thing about this program is that it's free! I like how easy it was to use as well. Sometimes when you are using something new there might be some glitches but they usually get fixed pretty quick. It can take awhile sometimes to upload your audio files into the system. You have to make sure you go through all steps correctly because if you don't then it won't work properly. This software allows me as an administrator to send messages to my staff without having them log into the system which is great! I cannot log out easily if things don't work how we want so it can be frustrating at times but overall its been good. Its also very easy for new users who are not familiar with computers or computer systems to use - you just type what you need done and click "send" when finished. We do have some issues where certain phrases that contain apostrophes are causing errors.

I have used this service twice now as an editor with both being very positive experiences!
