MTX Remote Control Thunder Amplifiers Review

The minimum is the maximum and vice versa there is no volume lift either. Either full volume or minimal sound. So I set up my amp with a fader in the radio settings.

Doesn't work with my Alpine amp. Alpine requires a jack plug (RJ-45) to connect to the amplifier. It has an RJ-45 on the back of the handle and a headphone jack to the amplifier.

As other reviewers have pointed out, it works in reverse. I noticed that the difference was more noticeable on my El Cheapo Planet Audio amp than on my MTX amp. Strange. Universal packaging.

Thing works great! It saves a lot of time by just moving the bass control instead of going to the main unit to adjust it. I have a Thunder1000 amp and my friend also has a Thunder500. Definitely worth it if you have a sub setup!

I bought this with MTX Terminator subwoofers and MTX Audio THUNDER500.1 amplifier. It works great and is essential if you want to listen to music out loud. I'm thankful I bought this because if you don't have it the only way you can control the sound is through your car's head unit and this doesn't just affect your subwoofer but every other speaker in the car.
