Great vitamins! Working from day one. Tell me, is it possible to drink them in a row in courses or is it better to take a break? And can it be taken with any other vitamin? Like omega D3? Are there any recommendations for this?

Good value for money, I recommend.

Pros: Not big, convenient packaging. Enough 1 tablet per day, with low and moderate loads. Cons: A surge of energy, "WOW" effect is not felt. Although I drank the first package of 2 tablets a day.
