Very sharp metal - not for the faint of heart!

They are so sharp I couldn't use them. It seemed like a good idea but they really are too spicy to use. Maybe someone with more experience knows how to use them in a way that doesn't matter - I'm not sure. I don't risk trying to manipulate them, but if they weren't so sharp they would come in handy in hemming and similar sewing.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Doubtful

The only criticism of these hem clips is that they come individually boxed meaning my wife has to use them and I have to use them individually Had to cut open packaging instead of just opening the box but on the other hand protects it from scratches before use. The quality is great but a better design would have been a lever clip to make it easier to use on thicker fabrics like my robe although I haven't seen anything like it for sale. So far this is the best we've found.

Pros
  • Easy to read panel
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Purpose: Rulers

To be honest, I didn't find clip-on clips very useful for hemming my latest weaving project. I use a blind hem and have found the wonder clips to be more useful as they are shorter and easier to move when folding. on thicker fabrics like this ponte. I use a rotary knife and a self-healing mat, so I also find these clips very useful for things like holding the pattern to the fold line or securing the sides you've already cut.

Pros
  • Sewing
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

Bought for mask making

I was new to mask making, new to sewing in general. During CV19 I had a sewing machine and supplies to learn how to make masks. For several weeks I perfected my technique. This included her order. They were perfect for what I used them for: instead of setting creases, I used them to fix edges (after ironing) while running them through the BROTHER machine. They were perfect for what I used them for (assembling masks for my community). I'm sure they will come in handy for other future projects…

Pros
  • Tape measure and ruler
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Skip them and get the name tag for your fingers

I sew quite a bit and when I saw them I immediately thought they would be a great idea and really useful. When I received them the first problem I noticed was that the measurements were very difficult to read as the imprints were so faint. I had to constantly rotate the clip in different ways to try to read it. When I did, I realized what other reviewers were saying about how spicy they are. To be honest, I'd rather be pricked with a needle than cut open a finger that seems sharp enough. Who…
