I purchased this item a few weeks ago but finally used it this weekend to slice a soapy cake and it worked great! more evenly, especially with cakes because they are so big .The product arrived within the estimated delivery time and works well so I would not hesitate to order again!

I bake a lot and bought this to cut cheesecake and bars. The knife is strong enough but not very sharp. The weird thing was that it was pretty sharp on one side and not very sharp on the other. My husband was able to sharpen but I kept it. It's fairly durable for my purposes and I found it to be good value for the money. This works to cut the bars in one cut. You look a lot neater.

This knife was purchased specifically to cut my home made fondant. I tried using a pizza cutter (it worked fine except the fondant tended to crumble). The pot I use to make the fudge is 8" x 13". Most knives are not as long as Mundial. The knife works perfectly. A long blade and handles on each end make it easy to cut fondant into 1" squares. And for the price, it's exceptional value. It is high quality cutlery. You deserve to have it in your kitchen.
