Murphy 101103 Soap Liquid Gallon Review

Great product but problem with delivery of separate bottle. The bottle is made of soft plastic, the cap is easy to remove. MAKE SURE YOU DELIVER INDEPENDENT OF SOMETHING ELSE!

I have been using Murphy's Oil Soap on oak and Brazilian cherry floors for almost 30 years. Gentle on the finish, cleans well, adds shine to the wood and gives my entire home a pleasant, non-chemical smell.

I am very sensitive to various household cleaning products, but not to this one. It cleans ALL surfaces well and we even use it to clean the bathroom (shower and tub) and toilet (along with some white vinegar). It smells nice and doesn't overpower like other cleaners. It removes grease and soapy water in the bathroom very well with gentle cleaning. It's best to spray it on and leave it on for a few minutes while you clean another area. This product has been highly recommended for many years.

In the 1970's I bought a wood kitchen and was instructed to clean the cabinets with spices and apan. Guess what was hard to find? I discovered Murphy's shop and was blown away; it cleans without damaging what it cleans. Love the fact that it's concentrated, easy to store and you don't have to shop every month or year! save and spend $8 per liter. but they brought it to me two days later for $13 a gallon!

I have used this product my whole life with no complaints. Ideal for hardwood floors, painted walls, kitchen cabinets, etc. POOR SHIPPING/PACKAGING; PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT: I did not notice a small dent/crack on this gallon jug. until it slowly seeped onto my bathroom floor. I live in a house with all of its original 1922 woodwork: wood paneling, wood doors, hardwood floors etc. I have used this product to keep my wood looking great. My wooden floors get such a beautiful shine after I wipe them down, it's so beautiful. I've tried other products for my hardwood floors and nothing, I mean nothing, makes them as clean as this one! I love this product. I've used other cleaners in the past but I feel like this one really works. The price is also affordable. For just over $10 you get a full gallon, enough for many cleanings! According to the instructions, I dilute the product - 1/4 cup with a gallon of warm water. Then I fill the liquid into a spray bottle. I found this to be the easiest way to use it.
