Weaker than the Earth's magnetic field.

Good idea but terrible quality. The head is heavy, which is surprising since the magnet is probably very small. It only holds half a dozen staples, not about 50 as pictured. I think the earth's magnetic field should be stronger. Maybe he needs some e-glue.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

Not strong in clamp holders

I like the way it looks and was hoping to keep it in my office. Maybe a little bigger, but the size is ok. The problem is a weak magnet. It doesn't hold nearly as many staples as shown in the pictures. If you move it or hit it, everything falls down except paperclip 6. It's still on my desk, but I know I'll be looking for a better one.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Replacement material

Disappointed :( in Desk Accessories & Workplace Organizers

Disappointed. Perhaps I should have read the product description better. Quality that is a decent size. It turns out to be a cheap piece of plastic with a weak magnet that hardly catches colored paperclips and is smaller than a ballpoint pen, cute but definitely not worth the money.

Pros
  • As everything before
Cons
  • Very expensive

I was expecting different material but was otherwise satisfied.

I didn't read the product information before purchasing so it's 100% my fault but I don't know why I was expecting a different material, it's like cheap hard silicone. He has a Frankenstein line on his forehead, which pisses me off a bit. Otherwise very nice! I'm glad I got it for myself and not a gift for someone else. Not as strong as expected and the magnet isn't as strong as I was hoping. But still very happy with his ruin. It's been on my wish list for a few years!

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Great idea, SKU: Clip Holder

I love the idea behind this product. That's stupid. This is funny. I was thrilled when it arrived and couldn't wait to display it on my desk at the high school where I work. When I took it out of the box, there was a good size misaligned piece on the back of the head. It was too obvious. I was disappointed. The company refunded my money and I appreciate it. They also told me to keep it. It doesn't hold very many staples at all. So it just sits on my desk and I don't have to do anything :( I can

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • No Automation

Do not buy - the magnet is too weak to hold paperclips.

I had reasonable expectations of this product. This was the gift I chose. It's a magnetic paper clip holder, how could you go wrong with Einstein's head, right? Well, the magnet is so weak that it hardly holds even a small amount of paperclips securely, let alone allowing you to play with it and make cool hairstyles. Styles from them however you want to do it, which for me was part of the appeal of buying it. So despite my desire to make cool hair clips for Einstein, I am very disappointed in…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Durable

Great idea let down by weak magnets

Really love this paper clip holder as it will be a great addition to my desk. Einstein's character is great. Wonderful detail. Good finish and solid construction. Unfortunately, all this is overshadowed by the absolute weakness of the magnetic field in the head. The image of Einstein's "crazy hair" product in the form of 30-40 paperclips exaggerates the capabilities of this product. There simply isn't a large enough rim at the top of the skull to create a mass of "hair". At best, about a dozen…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak
