The device that was sent to me was defective and did not work.

I didn't like this article because I think it is an older model (2019) and not compatible with the new TV model. I had to send it back, I hope the money comes back. I actually ordered 2 and sent them back.

This product was nicely packaged but not functional. And non-refundable. Contacted seller, no response. DO NOT BUY. UPDATE: Seller sent a return label - this review will be updated once issues are resolved.

DO NOT BUY THIS! THIS WILL NOT WORK

I wish I had read the reviews. If it were me I wouldn't waste my money. I would give zero stars here. I am so angry! Don't even think about buying it when you see it. If you really don't need an expensive paperweight, just contact AT&T directly and pay the extra money.

Improved display quality

People report problems with boxes that are not compatible with ATT TV but I bought 2 of them and none had problems. Definitely improves the experience of watching ATT TV through the app. Full remote options including pause/rewind live and the ability to see the location I also quickly rewind before playing again. The remote control is also very easy to program and use as a universal remover with any TV or sound system.

3rd party ATT TV works and will not work.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS THIRD PARTY ATT APP. IT DID NOT WORK AND WILL NOT WORK! This is because he is not blessed with ATT. I just had a long conversation with ATT and they couldn't activate it. All I get is a blue screen of death. I spoke to Revain and categorically told the agent that they should stop selling this item and remove third parties from their site. At the same time, the fictional self lost $65.00. I can't believe Revain, supposedly a respected multi-billion dollar company, wouldโ€ฆ

Anyone saying it doesn't work didn't search the internet.

First, the reason for the 4 stars is because the item arrived 23 days after ordering. At first I thought I was deceived as the label was made but the courier never picked it up. As soon as I asked for a refund, they replied that it was lost and immediately sent it back. Anyway, I managed to do it eventually. I was also skeptical about ordering after seeing all the "this doesn't work" comments. I opened the box and was pleasantly surprised to see factory soldered and sealed components. Iโ€ฆ
