I like to remove as much dirt as possible. This is the correct size for the Scoop Away brand. I use the usual shovel for the main work, but I've let you down with this one. I have too many cats and the litter needs to be as clean as possible.

This litter scoop fits the litter I use. They may not be strong enough for other fills, but the hole size is large for the one I use. What I don't like (although the price isn't expensive) is that you have to buy six of these fillers when I only need one.

Absolutely the best dustpan I have ever used. He collects almost all the smallest particles, and if something falls through, because he can pick it up very firmly with a corner. It doesn't scoop up as much at once as the larger ones, but does a better job of cleaning up the trash. Great price got 6 so kept 3 for my boxes and gave the rest to my family who has cats. You are loved too.

So I tried to find a dustpan with small holes that would filter out the small particles left behind by the main dustpan while still letting dirt through. I had high hopes for this shovel but it doesn't work at all.

What I like: The holes are perfect for Tidy Cat (clumping litter). This is important as not all scoops will work with all scraps. This scoop picks up the 'thing' and lets clean waste through, but doesn't let too many small clumps of 'thing' fall through. Obviously, that's the point of any shovel, but oddly enough, only a few shovels work really well (most others have huge or tiny holes that let a lot of clean dirt escape).
