They work well for controls and displays

Not sure of actual water resistance as I have not tried that aspect but so far they work for my application. I use them to manually switch 120V low to medium power for a control panel. They are rated for 15 amps, I didn't put in more than 10 amps as that is the fuse rating at the main power input. Seems to work fine, no shorts or current leakage to the switch body. Benefits: Securely locks in position. It seems I can get the job done, although my requirements were signal level voltage switching and not high current. The racquet grip gives solid confidence to position. LED display. The frame was easy to solder after polishing with a file. Cons: The metal bezel feels a bit flimsy compared to switches from decades ago. The screw terminals also felt a bit flimsy. I was afraid I would break the screw if I overtightened it. This is a DPDT switch which I got…
