Description of MyCareerBase

MyCareerBase is a simplistic application allowing users from individuals, businesses and Registered Training Organisations (RTO's) to store their licenses, qualifications etc. This allows them to be easily shared for the purpose of instant on-boarding, scheduling of training, record management and compliance.

Great Platform for Tracking Student Progress

The ease at which you can create your own profile with all relevant information that will assist in tracking everything. You also have access to some great tools like an internal helpdesk system so that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively. I wish there was more functionality built into this platform as it could do with being able to pull up previous years' data but they should not worry about that too much since we only need one year worth of records anyway! A great application and easy-to use interface

I like that you can upload your license file directly into one place instead of having multiple different applications where they have to enter each piece separately. There are not many features yet but it seems they are working with partners in order to add more functions as time goes by or new functionality becomes available. Great tool, great customer service: MyCareerBase

The ability to create your own profile with multiple fields that can link back into other databases such as HRIS or payroll makes this software very useful! It also has an easy interface which I really like - it does not have too many options so you don't get lost in all those buttons/options if you are new at using it. You need some knowledge about how to use the program but once again its simplicity means there isn't much room for error when creating profiles. If you want something simple…

Great Software allowing remote staff members quick & simple way too keep track

The system has allowed us to manage our licences in one place which has helped with ease of access when working remotely as well as ensuring we are compliant within regulations such as TAFE NSW. It can sometimes take up to an hour before you receive information that something was entered incorrectly or not correctly updated due to time zone differences. MyCareerBase - Great tool, great customer service

I like that it has saved me so much time in my job as an admin assistant because its very easy to use and search through all the information you need quickly! It can also help keep track of your license or certification numbers which makes things easier when reporting back with employers about experience levels and other certifications held by employees.
