The ease at which you can create your own profile with all relevant information that will assist in tracking everything. You also have access to some great tools like an internal helpdesk system so that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively. I wish there was more functionality built into this platform as it could do with being able to pull up previous years' data but they should not worry about that too much since we only need one year worth of records anyway! We are solving our student retention issue by giving students easy access to resources and helping us track progress towards graduation.
