Got my M2X yesterday and started using it straight away. My first comments are: 1) There are no problems installing the Samsung 950 Pro (256GB) in a case. The fact that they supply replacement parts for the very small screws that secure the SSD to the board and for the front and back panels is a nice touch as they are very easy to lose. 2) I'm a bit disappointed with the performance but to be honest overall my expectations weren't well founded and it's fast enough for me. Workmanship: The quality seems reasonable for a Chinese high-end product. Plain aluminum. Screws with end caps. The board looks normal, nothing is sticking out. There isn't really a "clamping force" on the little TIM shim it comes with. You just slide it onto the SSD chips and gently slide it into the case. There is very little resistance.
