I love the scent! Hands are soft after washing with this product. I don't feel the need to apply hand cream right away. I wish there was a hand or body lotion with the same scent. It hit or miss the shape of a flower so I bought it and I don't like how it leaves soap scum in the dispenser. This is a waste of product. As much as I love this scent I would not repurchase unless there was another dispenser option.

We refilled our dispenser with MyKirei replacement soap and the dispenser immediately stopped dispensing soap correctly. We only get a puddle of bubbles and no flower. The soap doesn't reach the hand, so it's essentially useless now.

This is a good soap but dries hands if used frequently. During the pandemic, when handwashing has become almost constant, dry/cracked/bleeding hands have become a reality. As much as I hope this is moisturizing like other Japanese soaps, it is not. The smell is great, my kids love the shape of the little flower and it washes off completely, but I will most likely not buy it again. Damn.

First of all I have never seen a product packaged so safely and efficiently! It fit perfectly in a box specially designed for soap.
