Great for toddlers in complete sets

My almost 2 year old son loves swinging his dad's golf clubs. I bought them so he could have his own set. They are made of durable plastic and the rubber balls are great for learning. This is the perfect height for my son and I think he will be able to wear it for at least the next few years. Highly recommended as a starter set for small children.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Big and bulky

He got these bats as a gift because he's such a good big brother

My 2 year old son enjoys golf and baseball. He received these clubs as a gift for being such a good big brother. First time on the road and the driver's head is chipped/broken. I was really hoping for something more durable than what we had. I like the soft shaft and colors but the head is disappointing.

  • good stuff

LITTLE PEOPLE FOR BEGINNERS

Clubs (overall length 23 inches), all heavy duty plastic sheathing with some sort of foam padding with extra grip pads on the handles. 2 sponge balls. Surprised by the fast delivery, probably within a week. Seems to be a really nice gift for a little boy who will be 3 in December and like all the other kids has ABSOLUTELY NO TOYS! Grandma and Grandpa order an extra set for special visits!

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not as thick as other clubs

Didn't expect much but could be better.

My 2 year old broke one of my racquets in 5 minutes. To be fair the club head is just hot glued on and it looks like they didn't attach it well. I could fix it with hot glue or tape (like my dad would do) but I expected it to take more than 5 minutes. Maybe I'll just remove the remaining clubheads and we can fight with swords instead. Look for a one-piece construction if you want something that will last longer.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Broken

Big hit! in full sets

Bought these clubs because the local park has a golf course with only one kids club and when we went to play there was a size for kids but we couldn't use this club because there was one had another child. There's nothing fancy about this set - for example, it's made of plastic to minimize swing injuries and different sizes so mom can play without leaning too far too (I'm tall). My little one is 22 months old and this summer we've been using him almost every day either at the park or at the…

The children's golf set is a great purchase!

The clubs were perfect for my grandson's 3rd birthday. I thought about getting youth bats, but I was afraid he would hit someone in the head with metal bats. So I bought a junior Sunday bag, put Mylec clubs in it and decorated the rest of the bag with extra balls, jerseys and a golf towel. It was a great success! I only wish they had sold everything together (sticks, bag and accessories) to save me trouble. The bats are very strong and not as dangerous as metal bats in the hands of a 3 year…

Pros
  • Top marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • A few small touches

Golf club over golf club

I bought 2 of these sets for my 4 year old son and 3 year old twins. Almost 5 and 4 now. They're still holding up well. Very very impressed! I highly recommend them. Strong plastic. Unlike others that broke right away! My kids break up very hard all the time. They haven't broken yet :) I'm still waiting for them to break. They really like it. We even took them to a real training ground. They hit real golf balls with these plastic clubs. Of course they don't hit too far. But can still hit the…

Kids don't blame their gear until they're older

Gave it as a gift but asked for a review. As others have said, this is a solid set and the kids love it because it's not a cheap, light, flexible thing. This is good for a very tall 4 year old and looks like it will fit at least a few more years and then have a baby. can be a gift given for a few years, and maybe for other childhood years later. They hit real golf balls without damaging (the clubs). I love giving these gifts, they are way better than giant plastic toys, toys that make noise or…
