Pure, Enjoyable Source of Protein

I believe this protein is of similar quality to hemp seed protein. Because it is mild for the gastrointestinal tract and very harmless. I find this to be one of the cleanest, most stomach-friendly proteins I've ever tasted. However, it has no taste and the taste itself is terrible. Added to foods like oatmeal, it imparts a nice earthy, nutty flavor. This is NOT a convenient powder, but a pleasant addition to various dishes. It would be great to bake with him. However, it is currently overpriced

Fantastic change

If you're a lacto-ovo vegan (I eat eggs and dairy), protein powders can get really boring. It's usually pea protein, some whey blah blah for pure macronutrients, and...well, that's it. Sometimes you add a mix, but you have specific protein mixes for each day. nice nutty flavor that really works for me. All of the fiber is naturally derived, which is also nice since I tend to avoid high-fiber foods like chicory root and other high-fiber foods. Knock costs $2 per serving (actually $3 if you takeโ€ฆ

As I already use three of the four protein components of this powder I am already familiar with the potential of the product. The only protein I don't already have in my protein stash is watermelon seed protein. I understand that a 30 gram serving provides 20 grams of protein. It should be noted that it contains only 1.5 grams of total fat (with 0 grams of saturated/trans fats) and only 5 grams of total carbohydrates (and that's 5 grams of fiber and 0 grams of total sugars!). The amino acidโ€ฆ
