You are great, better than great. I'm a chef and...

These are great, even better than just great I'm a chef and have tried all the German, Swiss and Japanese brands. I love her. They aren't seconds at all and I work ten hours a day in the kitchen, I like 8in. and a 7 inch nakiri knife is like two chef knives. The handles are so comfortable that the hand does not tire when cutting. kyle

Pros
  • Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry immediately
Cons
  • Out of style

Like most other Usuba and Nakiri knives

Factory. Nice ending. The "crooked" handle takes a little getting used to - my 16-year-old thought I should send it back because it was bent. The Factory Edge is a good place to start. With minimal effort I got the desired result. It works right out of the box, I just like the sharper but less durable edge.

Pros
  • Japanese style paring knife with a straight blade and a razor sharp 18 degree blade for thin cuts
Cons
  • Unsafe
