I bought this to add to a wine gift and chose it over all other wine markers because I liked the cute packaging and the 'Name It' lettering . ' by marks. What I received was another brand with the word "Glogex" printed on each marker, in a plain hard case which I received bent and mangled. Maybe I'm being picky but I think it's fair to expect you get what they advertise in the photos.
