Although the jug is well made it is really difficult to pour. There is an internal vacuum which prevents the water from flowing freely when pouring.

This item was damaged and must now be returned. I would appreciate a replacement and let you throw this away and not worry about returning it. Many Thanks.

I also promoted this to my family and friends who bought it because of Alkaline. Although the old jug still worked, I got a new jug as it was $43 versus $30 for two filters. Bought this product based on Revain reviews. This water filter has had nothing but problems since it was received. The color does not match the picture. I ordered what I thought was a rich ocean blue and what I received was a lighter Caroline blue. Three weeks later the time counter above stopped working. Now the bottom of the jug is leaking. I would not recommend this product and now I'm fed up with the truthfulness of the Revain reviews.
