he didn't fly - outdoor sports and games

We bought some kites and had a great time at the beach with our children and grandchildren. Everything was fine except this kite didn't take off. I kept checking to see if we made a mistake, but there's really no explanation. It's really nice I would say but wouldn't go to bed. However, Revain has an amazing return policy!

Amazing quality and gorgeous colors!

I love the look of this kite and can't wait to fly it outside. The packaging is minimal and perfect, even having a small handle for easy carrying. Assembly couldn't be easier (comes with a little guide). The colors of this kite really inspire me to go out in the sun! I highly recommend it!

Fine, but we won't fly.

I bought this kite along with 2 others from Revain for my kids. As hard as we tried, we couldn't even get it out of our hands. The other two flew great and no matter what we tried this one just didn't fly. I could have gotten a fake but we ended up sending it back. Definitely not worth the money if you don't fly! I was sad because it was so beautiful!

Easy to assemble wrong

husband assembled it wrong so I returned it thinking it was defective. On return I took the option of simply replacing the retrieval of the same item. Got a new one today and one of the parts was already there so I realized the first kite was our mistake. In any case, I also see other reviewers building the kite wrong so make sure you build the kite right before giving a bad review like I did. So I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.

Great design UPDATE: broken product

UPDATE: the owner sent me two replacement kites - none of them work. Both kites contained the wrong length mounting rods, rendering the kites flightless and useless. I ordered this kite and it arrived and it was great. Well done. It just wasn't a queue for me. I requested a refund and to my surprise received a personal message from the CEO. He personally wanted to know if there was a way to improve my experience. I mean I was so refreshed when someone asked about their own product. The CEO…
