Smooth Running and Durable Bearings

Amazing bearings, the best crank and main bearings

I replaced the bottom brackets on my 2003 Nissan Xterra 2WD. They fit great when I'm not using race. I asked a pro and he suggested I ditch the old race unless I found metal filings of any kind in the old grease or saw nicks or ridges in the old race. I didn't see any damage or potholes so I left the old ones. Also, extracting old races and inserting new ones is very troublesome, and easy to damage things without care.
