Not-so-sturdy fence staples disappoint DIYers

My analysis of this product showed that it is poorly constructed and unable to hold up a fence properly. They may work for a small temporary fix, but not for a long-lasting project. However, they are easy to install without any tools.

Good Steel Fence Clips

I used them to tie up logs (4x4 and 4x6) with rebar to create a walkway that doesn't move. They have worked very well although I have no data yet on how they will hold up over multiple winters.

Larger than expected

The size is quite big but they work great. Too big for my original purpose of tracing a field fence to posts but works well for larger items like the thickness of the extension. Excellent quality.
