Absolutely Terrible!: Blends

This is my first time trying a protein shake and I read an article that soy was better for me than whey. I thought Alive would be a great brand to try based on its reputation. THIS IS COMPLETELY TERRIBLE! I decided to make a smoothie out of it by mixing it with milk and adding a banana and some frozen fruit. Vanilla is way better than chocolate. Chocolate is just a bitter brown version of vanilla with a less appealing texture (if that's even possible). I gave the chocolate 2 stars based on taste, lack of an "instant" mix and price. I give vanilla 4 stars because it tastes good, is nutritious and economical. Flavor: Well, the vanilla is…

Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
