NavePoint 19 Inch Universal Cantilever 18 Inches Review

I have a 2 post rack and chose this shelf specifically for the slots on the sides to add another set of spacers to the back of the racks. I figured this would add more stability and help support the 55lb receiver I was planning to put in there. When it arrived there were no slits on the side. The product was NOT what is pictured. I'm disappointed/upset but not enough to send it back. Without them it seems to be holding the phone normally but I didn't receive what I ordered.

Not to mention a ton this is a very solid rack shelf that works well where others have failed and supports my Yamaha a3080 which weighs around 50lbs . It doesn't flex or sag, and the included cage nuts are good and strong. it fits snugly into the rack and allows for hassle-free installation from the top or bottom. The only complaint is that the shelf comes with shiny chrome nuts so my shelf says "hey look at me" but a bit of matte grill paint fixed that. I will most likely replace all shelves…

I put this in an Echogear rack that came with an 18 inch shelf, this shelf seems to be much stronger. Seems expensive but good quality.

It is important to understand that this is a console rack. It only attaches to the front of the cabinet. I would pay attention to how much weight is put on it, especially at the back. However, it is sturdy and heavy. It comes with the necessary hardware to install it. There are no instructions, but they are not needed.

Looks good and works well. Follow the deep. I have the popular Tripp Lite SRWO8U2 2 Post Wall Shelf and this shelf only makes 1mm contact with the wall. Don't plan to run cables in the back if you're using the same rack. You have to go around the sides.
