Tune into the future

The Naxa Electronics Converter Receiver is a great investment for TV watchers who want to bring their old analog sets to modern times. With clear picture quality and easy installation, it's a perfect solution to transform your viewing pleasure. The included remote is a bit weak, but that's nothing compared to the big picture that this converter delivers.

Pros
  • Clear picture quality, easy installation.
Cons
  • The remote is a bit weak.

Great features but better craftsmanship can be used

Worked for about a year and 4 months and then just wouldn't turn on for no reason. On for a maximum of one hour a day. Great features and small design, but yes. a little disappointed that it took so little when I have old DTV boxes that have worked for years.

Pros
  • Enjoy digital media from USB sticks
Cons
  • Not sure

Best value for money

I have purchased this and three other converters from Fry's and Best Buy and have tested all of them. It was the cheapest and was as good or even better than the others, so I kept it to myself. The Naxa NT-54 UI was almost identical to the other two units (QFX and Terk), while the Insignia had a unique and inferior UI (cannot add/remove channels). The Insignia and Naxa had better channel reception from the same antenna. Terk seemed the most reliable and QFX the cheapest. The Insignia remote…

Pros
  • Live TV reception when connected to an antenna
Cons
  • Small parts
