I liked my X-12 Neato but just a few days before the year it started giving me problems. It runs for a few minutes, then stops, beeps and tells me the brush is stuck, although I can't find anything to stop it spinning. This is an update. Here it is, August 2015, and I'm without a vacuum. WHY DO YOU ASK? Well, that's because the LED screen is dead. and HEATO will not repair them itself. UPDATE (see old review below) After a few years of ownership I like this robot a lot less than my warm initial attitude towards it. After about 1 year I kept getting RPS errors. Also, after about 1 year, there will be many docking and reloading issues. Despite both front contacts touching the dock's spring-loaded tabs, the Neato just wouldn't charge.
