It fits and it's the cheapest price I've found, but.

It fits and it's the lowest price I've found but know what you're getting. It's not black, it's chrome. It is also slightly shorter than the original. view photo

Should I return? in Motor parts

The packaging corresponds to my order, but the part is chrome, not black. The washer is round, not flat. Looks like porter 65324 which I was looking at but he pointed out it doesn't fit my jeep. Looks just like the ones I bought locally and is flowing.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Doubtful

Not like in the photo. Deceptive. Do not buy.

As with other reviewers, what is shown is not what you get. Not only is it silver, not black, but it's also a different size and thread pattern. Unfortunately, I found this out when changing the oil.

Pros
  • nice touch
Cons
  • reliability

does not match the picture

The item shown does not match the item received. The resulting plug does not have a seal as shown in the picture, it has an o-ring and that's it. The photo is black, but the resulting silver. The screw size is larger in the picture and the one received is just the thread size. I specifically chose this plug because of the large bolt head as the smaller one we got can be easily removed when tightened or removed from the oil pan.

Pros
  • As far as satisfied

"Unsuccessful " / useless

I wasted my money on this. . This item is approximately 80% the thread length of my OEM drain plug. The rubber disc is embedded in the wall of the fixed disc head. I don't know if this washer will help seal the oil pan as I couldn't hand tighten it closer than 1/4" from the hole/pan wall. I chose not to use a wrench to avoid the threads of aluminum oil pan All my testing was done with my oil pan lying on my workbench In general I doubt the depth and thread pitch of this item.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • So far so good

Don't buy the best in engine parts

The gasket on my old drain plug has seen better days and I have decided to buy a new one. This product fits my car and was recommended by Revain after I entered my make/model/year. When I received the fork it was different from the previous one but I thought that my old model and maybe there is a new one. I changed the oil, put this product in and got on with my life. A week later I noticed an oil stain on the driveway. Needless to say, that fork was to blame. The gasket on this connector was…

Fits perfectly on my Pacifica

I used a flashlight and a pipe wrench with a hammer to take my old one off (someone previously fitted it without a gasket and used an impact wrench to keep it from leaking), but once When it was ready, it was installed in the oil pan as it should be. If your old one is missing a rubber seal, do yourself a favor and buy this inexpensive part. When you tighten it, it fits perfectly and you can feel the resistance. BREAK. This seals without the need for brute force. You will need a 13mm wrench, a…
