Works great, all buttons on this grip work

Works great for the price, all buttons on this grip work. When I read other reviews they complain that the battery drains maybe a little but not much, nothing to worry about. I tested it at my son's hockey game, shot over 1900 R+B, but the battery still doesn't die (no OEM battery), go home, change the battery, just sit there, take some photos several times and the View photos On the camera has been over a month since the battery is 76% dead. So if you're worried about the battery going dead…

The quality and fit are good enough to get the job done

This handle for the money is hard to beat. Quality and fit are adequate for the job. Nothing superfluous. But to be honest, you don't pay a lot of money for original Nikon gear either. However, I have had 3 of these and they have served me well enough. From time to time they stop working because the plug contact is lost, but that rarely happens. Just make sure everything stays tight. In this case, I either remove the grip and put it back on the camera, or I just press down firmly on the grip to

Not recommended. in batteries

Good1. Easy to use.2. Felt strong.3. Back button focusing works.4. Work with third-party batteries.5. I did not notice the battery discharge.6. Matched coloring and texture with the camera. Bad1. The select button is very small and doesn't always work.2. Due to their smooth surface, strong pressure is required to turn the knobs.3. Doesn't fit your hand as well vertically as the camera does horizontally.4. Sometimes the camera gives an error and freezes. Even turning off the camera doesn't fix…

Fits and fits the camera well

I don't often do reviews but this time it's different. At $27, you can't beat that, especially when the Nikon is over $350. First, whether it fits well and is snug against the camera. Nearly. All I did was take some black duct tape and tape it onto the battery grip a little until it was comfortable. Again for $27 versus $350. simple solution for me. The grips feel like the body of the D750. Well, almost, but again for $27. They work and I got used to them very quickly. With every Nikon I've…

Very nice battery grip

Very nice battery grip! My team uses D750 for spares and they all have newer grips. They all have Neweer markings on the grips but the one I received wasn't marked so it didn't bother me at all. He is strong! It snaps into place very easily and is quite uncluttered. The AE/AF lock works great and is very easy to use. The select switch is a bit flimsy though and you have to really press it hard in the direction you want it to move or you'll end up moving the cursor back and forth. The…

Much longer battery life WITHOUT the handle

I'm feeling a bit controversial writing this review; The grip looks, fits and feels very good, the buttons are mostly fine, but it absolutely kills the battery life, which is exactly the opposite of what I expect from a battery grip. I only received the base model without the remote, hoping I wouldn't have the battery drain issue that others have reported. I started with a freshly charged battery in both the grip and body, but after 153 rounds the body battery was down to 32% and the grip to…

Works well and is cheap. But the battery is draining

Update 022518 After the photo session noticed that there are some problems with the battery consumption. I told the camera to discharge into the battery grip first, but it still pulls out of the main body. After 680 shots I found that the battery was 42% and the grip was 50% drained. It is very troublesome to take the battery out of the main body to charge it. I hoped he would be the first to free himself like I said. I guess I'll have to wait until the OEM battery grip d750 drops in price to…

  • No form required

I've waited weeks to write this review. I bought the basic model with the battery grip, no remote control. First off, this version of the Neewer MB-D16 3rd party grip for the Nikon D750 fitted perfectly and worked absolutely flawlessly for 3000 images in the last month on my Nikon. D750. It fits snugly on the camera and feels solid on my tripod with my heaviest lens. I've read of many having battery drain issues with third party Nikon battery grips. I haven't had any battery drain issues when…

Better and MUCH cheaper than the Nikon OEM version. Serious.

I actually bought the Nikon MB-D16 battery grip. I didn't want to pay $350 as I thought it was way overpriced but figured I'd just bite the bullet and buy the OEM version from Nikon as I wanted to avoid future failures. I previously had a Nikon D7000 and also used Nikon's OEM grip and it worked great with no hiccups but again that was ridiculously overpriced. Well, the Nikon MB-D16 I received didn't work. He accepted the battery, but the trigger on the handle was defective. Sigh. So I figured…
