Microphone stands for small cameras are very handy, especially when you have a lot of microphone stands. This adapter lets you do just that, including correctly sized ports and an easily adjustable ball joint (essential for any boom use).

I love this mini ball head adapter to mount my camcorder on my tripod. It is very convenient when locked and tilted and is very flexible as it makes a full 360 degree movement. Practical screw caps. 180 degree tilt so I can take the camcorder anywhere. This gear is useful and easy to manoeuvre!

A good and useful device. Works great. The offset mount is just enough for my use, it fits a mic or light stand so I can record head on or overhead. The ball head is enough to hold a 1.5 pound camera, but anything heavier is unlikely to be used. Build quality is good so it won't crack or crush in my hardware case. Generally excellent!

Purchased for a Sony camera. The threaded screw is only tightened until it actually presses the camera against the base. The camera can still be rotated easily after the base screw has been tightened. It would be nice if they just added a pin which most of these adapters have to prevent rotation or just not make the screw too long. I will not buy these again nor will I recommend them.

If you already have a mic stand I'd love to convert it to a 1/4 inch camera mount, that's your device. It is suitable for different devices. I keep one of my tool boxes. Now for the quick mounts for my camera. I am very satisfied with the way this device works, the ease of use. My only suggestion to the manufacturers is that they put something in the camera screw mount to prevent the thumbscrew from falling out when not in use. Well made camera tripod mount, adapts to mic stand. I needed a spotting scope in a small footprint) and the microphone stand was a good solution. This product completed the project.
