Durable and perfect fit!

This is a good quality product. It's perfect for my Water-Right salt tank that didn't have this unit. I *may* need to adjust the floating level a bit, but that's fine. The problem of salt compaction at the bottom of the salt tank has been completely solved. Very satisfied with the manufacturer and seller. I wish the 2020 elections were that easy!

Fits Better Than Original

Fits my drum perfectly. A float hole and perforated edges prevent undissolved salt from reaching the bottom of the tank. On the 4 legs sticking out below they already had pre-drilled holes for installing extensions. My original grid plate was supposed to make a grid 9 inches from the bottom of the brine tank. Great product, good value and arrived within 3 days. , Recommend this purchase.

Fits perfectly on my Culligan salt tank 18X40

Fits like a glove. Highly recommended. When I emptied my tank to clean it (recommended twice a year), I found that my old salt pan was worn out and no longer usable. Too bad none of the videos I watched on the subject of cleaning mentioned the possibility of replacing this tray. Luckily it was sent to me quickly and I received it quickly because I didn't know I needed it until I disassembled my system!

The 18 " grid is a viable replacement

The original grid in my softener's brine tank literally fell apart after almost four decades of service. This replacement is a much stronger poly plastic deck made from the same material as the tank so should last forever. It works and fits very well after some work. First, there are a few dozen perforations on the deck that were not formed. This probably won't be critical to its performance, but I drilled them to give the deck a fully perforated configuration.
