These are exactly what you would expect. I am glad that I was able to find the smaller parts (it wasn't easy!) my only complaint is that they do not separate at the same places the authentic parts do, making cleaning (a bit) more difficult.All in all I would order again, and I am happy with my purchase. If you are like me and need the smaller parts but cannot find them anywhere in store, these are the way to go.

I use the Medela Pump in Style Advanced and purchased these parts as replacements. I actually prefer these to my originals because the hole in the back of the breastsheild (it's one piece) where you insert the tubing is at the top instead of the bottom. This made pumping easier for me. I pump at work at my desk and tend to hold the two breastshields with my forearm and have 1 free hand. We ordered the 19mm size for my wife so as to have an additional set to go with our maymom brand shields. This brand (Nene supply) turned out to be smaller, even though the size was spec’d the same as maymom. The seller actually reached out and asked me if everything was ok with them and I explained the size issue. Seller (BBXpress) said they would ship the 21mm size to us at no cost. Filter piece is so long, does not come apart so for cleaning, rim for placement does not have rubber so it affects the suction. Overall its uncomfortable and moving while using is nerve recking because it feels like its going to fall out or spill.

I am delighted with this breast shield! I measure at 17mm and was very discouraged with breast pumping because Medela doesn't have a breast shield smaller than the 21mm. I followed the recommendation to allow for 2mm extra room since the nipple can change size as I pump and with the Nenesupply 19mm breast shield unit, I am now able to pump much more effectively and with ease. It's not what I was expecting. The one I have that came with my actual pump is a lot better than this one. However, this one does do the job of pumping. I dont like that you cant take it fully apart to clean and I don't think it sucks as good as my original one. But it does do an olay job for the price.

I bought these because I needed a smaller size than what came with my Medela pump. These work great and they fit with all of the Medela products I already have. I like that they are one piece because it's less to clean, but it's is a little more tricky to use with my pumping bra. I had gotten used to using the pieces that disconnect, so that might be why I am biased. I appreciate that it came with extra valves too!
