Great tool and outstanding customer support

I like how easy it makes finding out if your site goes down or not! It's really helpful for any business owner, especially with my work as an IT administrator in school system who has many sites throughout our district which need monitoring regularly since they are usually live 24/7 due to accessibility of schools during non-school hours (i.e., after 7 pm). Sometimes there will be lag times when using some apps such as Google Hangouts but this doesn't seem too often anymore than normal…

Pros
  • Easy setup & configuration.
  • Friendly interface that is very intuitive lots options available within user friendly GUI without needing technical expertise needed before hand,
  • Not expensive considering functionality offered vs price tag compared against similar tools currently used locally around town
Cons
  • Nothing here

We've had Net Uptime Monitor installed on three servers for a year now and it has never failed to alert us when our network connectivity drops. It even gives us details about the type of problem (eg lost packets) and location of the issue (usually the ISP). Net Uptime Monitor works reliably, easily configures itself and is straightforward to use. The free version will do the job, but if you want more detailed information about any problem you can pay Β£4 per server. I'm always amazed at how…

Pros
  • Installs and runs fast.
  • Very helpful for identifying potential problems and taking action to solve them before they become major problems.
Cons
  • So, we'd have to monitor each server separately if we wanted to be able to identify issues on multiple servers.
  • If a large number of services are being monitored then it may not be possible to distinguish between separate incidents.
  • It only identifies problems and does not suggest solutions.
