Great Product with Good Customer Service Available Everyday

I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service available 24/7 which makes things much easier than our previous software! The only thing about this product as of now (that could be easily fixed) would have been an auto-update option for patches or security fixes when needed - but they are working hard at making sure customers get upgrades right away so all should go well in time!! Please consider adding automatic patching capabilities so we won't worry during downtime about if there…

Excellent solution if your business operates largely through selling services

The software is easy to use, it's very intuitive and offers many features that are useful for companies in this industry. It has an excellent customer support team as well so there isn't much I would complain about when using this product. Fantastic Product For Order Management and Inventory Tracking

The ease of use to set up new channels, product updates are easy to manage. We love that we don't have to manually input data into our channel managers anymore! It's all done for us automatically when an order is placed. There really isn't anything I dislike at this point.
