Review on Netformx ChannelXpert by Joe Patterson

I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service available 24/7 which makes things much easier than our previous software! The only thing about this product as of now (that could be easily fixed) would have been an auto-update option for patches or security fixes when needed - but they are working hard at making sure customers get upgrades right away so all should go well in time!! Please consider adding automatic patching capabilities so we won't worry during downtime about if there will finally come updates. ! We need it since almost everything was down last year due to major system outage. It is easy to use, has nice templates and it allows for customization of programs as well as creating custom programs. You can also upload files from other applications such as Adobe Acrobat. The software also does not have any viruses so you are 100% safe using this software. My major con would be that I wish there was more options on the tool bar but once you train yourself it's pretty quick to navigate. It is very user friendly and makes the process of managing all my programs much easier.
