1. AT&T has complicated the activation process by requiring that one of your devices be connected to a hotspot and then using the device to access the AT&T website to activate the hotspot.2. The data port is useless if mobile devices can transfer data by touching them or simply connecting them with a USB data cable.3. The customer service for this product was terrible. I have written numerous emails asking for help with setup as no documentation has been received for this product. Email replies were one-liners that offered no help whatsoever. The product appears to be working now but will never buy from this seller again. Very disappointed.

I am very satisfied with this access point. I only get a good signal thanks to the built-in antenna. My download speed reached 89.3 Mbps. Use it for online gaming and streaming. Works flawlessly. device

The product worked great for 3 months. It's very fast, just use the power button and reset it to fix errors. However, the screen freezes without providing any data even after you troubleshoot. Couldn't connect to the internet and the screen kept freezing. Warranty. I was unable to get a refund or replacement and was told to contact Netgear. The product I ordered was a Netgear Nighthawk M1 LTE Router AT&T GSM Unlocked Model. This item was purchased in "new" condition but my expectations were quickly met upon product arrival. The box I received was for the Telstra Nighthawk M1 model which to the uninitiated is an Australian airline that does not operate in the United States. When I opened the box, I found the Nighthawk

The product arrived in good condition and looked like new, but the battery appeared to be damaged. Given the lack of visible marks on the outside, I thought it was just my impression, but when I turned it on, the device started to boot but then turned off. Removed battery and it worked fine so battery is definitely damaged. Other than that, everything works well at the moment and looks like a good product, although the price seems a bit high for its features in my opinion.

This listing says it supports 4g LTE Band 14 but I have a 1a1nas (older) model that just doesn't fit and doesn't support Band 14. I've just sent a message to the folks who sold this (Ekings) and will update this when I get a reply.
