1. AT&T has complicated the activation process by requiring that one of your devices be connected to a hotspot and then using the device to access the AT&T website to activate the hotspot.2. The data port is useless if mobile devices can transfer data by touching them or simply connecting them with a USB data cable.3. The built-in display and function key are useless for accessing the device or the AT&T control page. You cannot start software updates from the access point display. You cannot see which devices are connected to the access point via the display. You can only do this by going to the AT&T.4 website. You cannot access the AT&T website to manage the hotspot or your account from any device unless that device is connected to the Internet through a hotspot. You cannot access the AT&T site if the device you are using is connected to the Internet through a different network (e.g. Starbucks, McD's, library, hotel/motel, etc.). I should have bought another AT&T device and saved $100.
