Too bad Computer and accessories

Not so good yet. It was pretty easy to set up, which is great. But my internet got worse instead of better. When the device connects, it's fast, but with significant lag and lots of stuck connections when nothing happens (Wi-Fi on device shows connected but doesn't load anything). I want to register with Netgear and make sure I have it set up correctly (before I give up, send it back and buy something from another supplier) so I registered the product on their website. However, according toโ€ฆ

So far, so good! for computers and accessories

The NETGEAR EX6200 range extender was set up and worked for several years to bring the ATT Uverse Wi-Fi signal to the bedrooms and living rooms of the long ranch at the far end. It worked well, maybe for the first few years, but then, even with firmware updates, performance steadily declined, and there were big periods of the year when my kids couldn't get a decent signal. I've rarely managed to get or keep both signal sections connected to this expander. I decided to try this new Nighthawk asโ€ฆ

Doesn't work with networking products

I was glad to get this and expand my Wi-Fi network. Unfortunately, this was completely ineffective. I have a brand new Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 router that works fine. I think it would be very compatible. I set it up (which didn't seem to be a problem). Then I even went to the extension cord on my computer as instructed in the instructions. This indicated a good connection. I checked for hardware updates (there weren't any). The only problem is that he didn't extend the signal. The speed testโ€ฆ

So far, so good! - repeater

We installed and operated a Netgear EX6200 range extender for several years to get the ATT Uverse Wi-Fi signal to reach the other bedrooms and living room of the long ranch. It worked well, maybe for the first few years, but then, even with firmware updates, performance steadily declined, and there were big periods of the year when my kids couldn't get a decent signal. I've rarely managed to get or keep both signal sections connected to this expander. I decided to try this new Nighthawk as soon

Even Netgear support couldn't connect it.

NETGEAR WiFi Mesh Range Extender EX7700 I spent an hour installing this thing and carefully followed Netgear's brief and incomplete instructions. Since my 4-year-old router lacks WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) functionality, the only other option Netgear offers is the "Nighthawk" app through my smartphone. Without going into gory details, the setup didn't work. I spent two hours on the phone with Netgear support after trying a dozen or more things they suggested. Eventually they gave up and saidโ€ฆ
