I couldn't set it up.

It would be great if I knew how to fully configure it, but I didn't have all the information requested so I couldn't. For those who have all the information it would be great. Nothing about the product.

Pros
  • USB network adapter
Cons
  • So far so good

The supplied drivers do not work with Vista, but with Win7.

.Works great with LINUX! (That's why I bought it). Works natively with XP. Fairly large by today's standards, but reliable and well built. Inexpensive legacy injection capable device for all aircrackers. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE "V2" VERSION. Five stars for a product characterized by compatibility with modern windows (perhaps a solution - IDK).

Terrific! in network adapter

I needed WLAN in the basement, diagonally from the router two floors up. this will easily achieve "Very Good" at 32 Mbps from this distance. It (like every other Wi-Fi thing I own) gets "low" (11Mbps) when the door my router is in is closed, but that's the router's fault, not that of the adapter. If left for a while it will get hot, but not hot enough to melt the plastic. Comes with a driver CD for easy installation and use.

Pros
  • electronics
Cons
  • largely ok, but...

I bought this product for two reasons: 1. These are inexpensive legacy devices that can be used with very old machines. It supports injection. Unfortunately the one I received was without a CD and I had to search the internet for the software. It doesn't work right without software and frankly it doesn't work right WITH software. It overheats very quickly, and I mean it gets HOT! The range is extremely limited, even for such an old piece. Bad communication. Its bloated size causes it to hang…

Pros
  • networking products
Cons
  • poorly thought out
