The product works great on Android with Loyverse as promised. However, I'm having a hard time recognizing the device from iOS devices, all searches for Bluetooth devices have been in vain. I followed all the instructions and downloaded the recommended app, but the iOS device just can't find the printer. I will keep looking for technical solutions

I bought the 80mm version. Worked great with the sample paper that came with it, but I couldn't find a compatible paper. So I contacted the manufacturer and they provided a link so I ordered and this paper was too wide in scope. So I have to return this because they don't sell paper compatible with this type of machine.

Well this review is a bit confusing because the physical product works very well and does exactly what I tell it to do, the problem is the printing software is terrible. I couldn't get the app they suggested to work at all, so I found another one that technically works, but the only options you have are either text that's so small it doesn't make sense to close it use, or text so big it makes you run like crazy through rolls of paper.

So the printer works fine BUT the software that comes with it is rubbish. The application does not appear as a print service, so you cannot print to the device from any other application. I found an app called RAWBT on the Play Store that allows me to use it like any other wireless printer, but you have to pay a subscription to remove the branding from the bottom of the printouts. It's almost $5 a year, which isn't bad, but it's still a nuisance. I'd love to give more stars if they could fix…
